We're continuing our #SampleSaturday here at Up North Gift Co! We are offering select samples most every Saturday through the end of 2021! We will start serving shortly after opening Saturday mornings & continue offering the samples as long as supplies last! We've also included recipes that can be created from some of the items we will be sampling each week!

Savory Party Mix
Ingredients:
1 pkg Chipotle Cheddar Dip Mix |
4 cups pretzels, peanuts, and/or other snacks |
1/4 cup Oil |
10 Cups Chex Cereals |
Directions
In large mixing bowl combine cereal mix (pretzels, oyster crackers, rice and corn Chex) and oil until well coated. Sprinkle Dip Mix into bowl and toss until thoroughly mixed. Optional: Add festive candy or raisins for an extra treat.
Fiesta Ranchero Veggie Cups
Ingredients:
1 pkg Fiesta Ranchero Dip Mix |
8 oz Sour Cream |
8 oz Mayo |
Assorted Veggies (cut/sliced) |
Cup with Toothpicks |
Directions
Combine dip mix, mayo, and sour cream until well combined.
Cut celery and carrots into 3" sticks.
Pour prepared dip into the bottom of each cup, approximately 1" high.
Skewer tomatoes with toothpicks and place in the cup with the other veggies.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Summer Chicken Salad
This one is just for fun! We won't have this dip to sample this week, but it goes along with our Fall Football Snack Theme! We do, however, have it for sale in the shop & online and it is YUMMY!
Ingredients:
1 pkg Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix |
1 cup Sour Cream |
1 cup Mayo |
4 cups Cooked & Chopped Chicken Breast |
1/2 cup Cooked & Chopped Bacon |
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese |
Directions:
Combine Dip Mix, sour cream and mayo. Stir chicken, bacon, and cheese into the sour cream mixture. Spoon onto small buns and secure with a decorative pick. Refrigerate until serving.
